Skating With Celebrities alum Kristy Swanson - the original Buffy - lives next door to the neighbor from hell…..Jesse McCartney.

The new mom wrote an email to PerezHilton.com to publicly share her frustration with the acne-prone douche’s dicky behavior.

“Hey Perez,

Yeah that Jesse McCartney punk lives next door to me. He is constantly having late night parties and disturbing the peace. Last week I had to call my media consultant Michael Sands at 3am to find out what to do about the noise next door.

I have a 6 month old here and parents visiting and none of us could sleep it was so loud. Girls falling on tables full of beer and wine bottles crashing everywhere. I asked him to please be quiet and he ignored me and could care less.

Then this girl started yelling and crying really loudly about her boyfriend. She kept begging Jesse to tell her the truth, tell me Jesse is my boyfriend really cheating on me? When Jesse told her the truth all hell broke loose and she was hysterical, and so loud it was unreal. I asked again to please keep it down. Again being the punk that he is could care less. I called Michael Sands asking what to do. I want to call the police they need to come here! Now! Its just getting worse! My baby is not sleeping; my family is not sleeping. But this would not be the first time I needed to call the police on Jesse. This teenie booper wanna be is out of control and disrespectful to others. He could care less about people and children.

Is teen heartthrob Jesse McCartney taken? It sure looks that way. After the Aaron Carter look-alike broke up with longtime girlfriend and David Cassidy offspring Katie Cassidy, he headed off to Europe for the summer. While vacationing in Italy, he told me at last night’s grand opening of the Beach on Sunset, Jesse met a new gal. “She doesn’t even speak English!” he said. Despite the language barrier, the Italian lovely and the blond singer and sometime actor have been carrying on via text messaging since his return to the States, and Jesse says he’s “all about it.” Sorry, girls.

Jesse was on hand to perform at the debut of the new West Hollywood nightlife venue. Prior to the show, his nonteenager fans took over the large restaurant and club, filling their bellies with the free appetizers and oversize Trago tequila drinks—one girl had to enlist the help of her friends to carry her cocktail!
